These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sx666 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support features available at sx666 ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in via sx666 Login, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

Each individual may hold only one active sx666 account at any time. All deposits on the sx666 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sx666 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at sx666's discretion without prior notice.

Funds deposited into your sx666 account are intended for the purpose of wagering on games and sports betting markets available on the Platform. sx666 is not a banking institution and your account balance does not earn interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. sx666 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the outcome of any verification checks required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents:

Results generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) certified games are final and binding. sx666 does not interfere with RNG outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by the outcomes of real physical game actions conducted by certified live dealers in regulated studios.

Sports betting settlements are based on official results as published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. sx666 reserves the right to void bets in the event of clear errors in odds, system malfunctions, or where the integrity of a sporting event is called into question by the relevant governing body.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the sx666 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sx666 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sx666 platform.

sx666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the sx666 platform at your own risk. sx666's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sx666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

sx666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on sx666, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sx666 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You agree that any claim against sx666 must be brought within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will not be considered.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx666 holds its international gaming operating license. By using the sx666 platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures described in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sx666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
